A tranquil haven in the heart of the city, complete with 2 treatment rooms offering bespoke treatments. My experience at the spa was like being whisked away to a serene oasis amidst the urban hustle. It made me feel like I had discovered a secret garden in the midst of a bustling city.

This hotel provided us with the most luxurious experience we've ever had. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, Outdoor swimming pool, Massage, spa lounge. the location advantages were impressive with easy access to restaurants, shopping stores, and cinema within CityWalk. the staff provided us with excellent service and made sure we had a very comfortable stay.

We stayed at a hotel located in the heart of a lively area with plenty of restaurants nearby, perfect for both indoor and outdoor activities. The rooms provided great amenities such as dishwashers and washing/drying machines, with helpful and friendly staff. We especially appreciated the excellent valet parking service.
The room service was not up to par as we had to request coffee and bathing sets which were not replenished daily.

Loved the wine bar with its hip vibes and great selection. The European feel of the tree-lined terraces was a nice touch. The gastro grill served up delicious meats and sides. The rooftop bar had killer cocktails and stunning views.
Oh, how I adored the old furniture in my room and the delightful toilet tolls. Such vintage charm!

We loved everything about this hotel - from the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities to the helpfulness of the staff. The location in the walking area was perfect for us. We were able to park our car easily and had access to transportation to everywhere n everything else. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options.

The best aspects of our romantic escape were the convenient location and the friendly staff. The hotel is situated in a lively area with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options. We loved the rooftop infinity pool with fine city views! The location was excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Our room was modern and comfortable. Overall I highly recommend this Autograph Collection hotel for a relaxing stay in Dubai.

The hotel's decoration and general areas were simply delightful, with elegant furnishings and cozy nooks perfect for relaxing. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent, with easy navigation, comfortable seating areas, and thoughtful amenities for older guests, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive and respectful service from the children working there.
